Qualifications
- Two or more years of trade experience preferred
- Use and knowledge of equipment such as skid loader, mini excavator, snow plows, etc.
- Good Communication skills
- (bilingual a plus)
- On time, a good attitude, and a willingness to succeed will take you far, both here and in life!
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, CDL preferred, reliable transportation
- Pre-employment drug screening and criminal background clearance
- Professional references
Compensation
- Pay rate up to $25 per hour depending on experience
- Vacation and holiday pay

Lawn Crew Members
We offer the right candidate an opportunity to join a stable team and the potential for future advancement. Crew Members and Experienced Crew Leaders positions are available.
Crew Member's Compensation
- Crew Members up to $18/hr depending on experience
- Crew Leaders pay based on experience
- Vacation and holiday pay
Crew Members' Responsibilities Will Include:
- Must be able to speak and read English (bilingual would be a plus)
- Knowledge of equipment such as zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and edgers
- A valid Maryland driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to northern Harford County
